DME Items (i.e. Toilet Seats, Bath Seats etc. are non refundable if they have been opened. If not open you may return item for a full refund upon inspection of item. All other items maybe returned if not used and upon inspection.

After 30 days please call or email us and we will determine if we can take back your item.

Returns & Exchanges

If item is damage upon arrival please notify us ASAP we will send a replacement item to you after we receive the damage item back. If the item is no longer is stock we will refund your item.
